Seeking therapy is a commitment in your future, and I take that very seriously. My cost per session for therapy services (individual, couples, and family therapy) is $175 per session. I partner with a company called “Thrizer” where they help you determine if you have out of network benefits with your insurance plan to help off-set the cost of therapy and get some of it reimbursed. See below where you can enter your required info and see what therapy can cost you using your insurance and me as an out of network provider.
